It is our goal to offer care that is convenient for you so that you can take great care of your pet. Our prescription refill form is available for you to submit 24/7/365 from any device. Please have your pet’s prescription bottle on hand so that you can give us accurate information, making sure we refill the medicine that you’re in need of.

Depending on your pet’s condition and state laws, a physical examination may be needed before we can legally refill the medication.

We will text you when your prescription is ready for pickup at our hospital, or we will call you if we have follow up questions. You should expect a refill to take 48 business hours under normal circumstances. Thank you for helping us provide excellent care for your pet!
